Step 2 Submit your payment. Upon receiving your payment, we will hold a slot for you, and send you links to the couple’s questionnaire via a secure online client portal. You will have 14 days to complete the paperwork, starting from the date you received payment confirmation emai and access to the client portal.
Step 3 Fill out couple’s questionnaire and complete your registration. Your slot is now reserved!

An email acknowledgment will be sent to you to confirm the receipt of your online registration and payment. Please be aware that your space is not reserved until both your payment and registration forms are received.
Optional CEU Certificate
Fee/Per Person (paid separately to National Marriage Seminars of America):$39.99
National Marriage Seminars of America offers 12.5 APA-approved CEUs for this program for psychologists, therapists, social workers, and counselors (please check if your local licensing board accepts APA CEUs). We will send you a link that can be used to pay for CEUs after completion of the program. To receive your CEU certificate, you need to pay CEU Cerificate Fee, attend the entire workshop, and sign in and sign out each day of the workshop.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund of the program fee can be provided if cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to the program start date.
A 50% refund of the program fee is available for cancellations made between two weeks and 30 days before the program start date.
Refunds for the program cannot be processed within 14 days of the workshop unless accompanied by a doctor's note explaining a health emergency.
A full refund of the program fee will be issued if, for any reason, the facilitator needs to cancel the retreat program.
