When working with my clients, I take a holistic perspective, considering emotional and physical health, cultural connection, and spiritual well-being. My advanced training includes Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Systemic Family Constellations, and Energy Healing Practices.
My primary therapeutic approach is Emotionally Focused Therapy, but I believe that no single modality fits everyone. In my work I integrate various therapeutic techniques to best support each client. Together, we will explore the challenges you face, helping you heal, reconnect, gain confidence, and rediscover your passion.
