I am a dedicated therapist committed to helping couples and individuals build stronger, healthier, and more fulfilling relationships. I bring a compassionate, holistic, and client-centered approach that helps my clients learn practical relational skills, deepen intimacy, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My advanced training includes Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), trauma processing methods, and energy healing practices.
In addition to clinical work, I’m also an EFCT supervisor-in-training and a board member of the EFT Massachusetts Planning Committee. I’m passionate about supporting therapists in their professional growth, and I provide individual supervision for those who want to strengthen their EFT skills or work toward EFCT certification.
