​Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

EFT is an attachment-based approach that helps individuals and couples create stronger, more secure emotional bonds. By uncovering and reshaping the patterns that lead to conflict and disconnection, EFT promotes healing from relational trauma, rebuilds trust, and deepens intimacy. Studies consistently show that EFT has one of the highest success rates among therapeutic interventions for couples. It’s widely recognized as one of the most effective methods for creating lasting change in relationships.

​​​Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is an evidence-based therapeutic model that helps individuals and couples better understand their feelings, beliefs, and behaviors. At the heart of IFS is the concept of Self-leadership - an inner state marked by compassion and clarity that naturally brings balance to the emotional system. By engaging in a gentle, integrative process, IFS guides you to connect with your inner “Self,” heal emotional wounds, and transform reactive patterns. It is especially helpful for healing trauma, developing emotional awareness, compassion, and resilience.

Family Constellations

Systemic Family Constellation is a somatic, trauma-informed approach that helps uncover and resolve the impact of generational patterns and trauma.
I use this method to support individuals and couples in processing inherited emotional burdens and shifting limiting beliefs. Constellation work can be integrated into ongoing therapy or offered as a stand-alone session. Because it involves deeper emotional exploration, I recommend scheduling an extended session to allow enough time for processing and integration.

In my work with individuals, I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), both of which offer a holistic, attachment-based approach to healing. IFS, in particular, helps clients explore their inner emotional world by working with different “parts” of the self. This approach fosters emotional balance, resilience, and a deeper sense of inner harmony.
​I support my clients in accessing their inner strength and wisdom, navigating challenges with greater confidence, and cultivating more authentic relationships. My goal is to create a therapeutic space where you can receive support, learn practical relational strategies, and move toward a life of greater peace, wholeness, and purpose.

Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFT) is at the heart of my work with couples. Rooted in the deep human need to feel seen, known, and loved for who we truly are, EFT offers a powerful and compassionate roadmap for healing and reconnection. 
This evidence-based approach helps partners break free from painful patterns of disconnection and instead create new ways of relating that feel safe, emotionally attuned, and supportive. Together, we work to heal past hurts - including attachment injuries and betrayals - and build a foundation of trust, closeness, and emotional security.
Whether you're feeling stuck in repetitive conflicts, coping with a rupture such as infidelity, or simply longing to feel closer again, EFT can help you navigate those struggles and find your way back to one another. It’s a process of turning toward each other with openness and vulnerability, so you can meet life’s challenges as a team, with renewed love and confidence.

Fees

Individual Therapy: 60 min - $225  |  Couples Therapy: 60 min - $250
Extended sessions are available at a prorated fee. 

​Insurance

Intake Process

I am an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans. If your insurance includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement for 60-min individual, couples, or family therapy sessions.
​I will provide you with invoices/superbills for your insurance company, however, you will be responsible for the full cost of the session at the time of the visit. 
Please contact your insurance company to verify details about out-of-network coverage, limitations, and reimbursement procedures. 
Individual intake usually consists of one or two sessions, and couples therapy intake includes three sessions: one joint session and one individual session with each partner. This type of assessment helps to better understand the attachment patterns that shape relational dynamics within the family.
​Individual and couples therapy can be conducted either in person or remotely. 
​Once we have scheduled your first visit, you will receive a link to the intake paperwork on a secure, HIPAA-protected online platform.
