About Lana
Lana is a certified emotionally focused therapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families, as well as facilitating relational workshops and couples’ retreats. She has received advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Expressive Arts Therapy, Gentle Reprocessing, Systemic Family Constellations, and body-centered interventions.
When leading relational programs and working with couples, Lana considers all aspects of their connection, including emotional and physical intimacy, and cultural and spiritual well-being.
